Provides community-driven, multilingual education and family support services for children and families in southeast San Francisco, with centers in the Excelsior, Portola, and Visitation Valley neighborhoods. FCC offers licensed early care and education, parent-child playgroups, parenting classes, school-age enrichment, family/community events, and educational workshops. Our continuum of care also includes family advocacy, case management, basic needs assistance, a food pantry, and a diaper bank to support families.
Through multilingual, multigenerational programming, FCC strengthens protective factors, builds community connection, and ensures families have the resources they need to thrive.
Other locations are 2565 San Bruno Avenue (Portola) and 1099 Sunnydale Avenue (Visitacion Valley).
