Help Us Transform Your Muni System

Beginning this April, the Transit Effectiveness Project (TEP) will share preliminary proposals for Muni service changes and reliability improvements. The TEP’s preliminary proposals aim to transform Muni into a first-rate transit system that reduces congestion, decreases pollution and gets people where they want to go efficiently and safely. Changes have been proposed for most Muni routes ranging from increased frequency on our busiest lines to route eliminations where we have the fewest customers.

To help us shape these proposals to make Muni into a transit system that works for you, we’ve scheduled 11 community meetings throughout San Francisco. With your help, a revitalized Muni system will not only benefit current transit customers, but will improve mobility for everyone who lives, works in or visits San Francisco. Interpretation in Cantonese and Spanish will be provided. There will be a Fast Pass raffle at each meeting.

Ayúdenos a transformar su sistema Muni

Únase a nosotros para perfeccionar las propuestas para hacer que el servicio de Muni sea más confi able y efi ciente. Desde este mes de abril, el Proyecto para un transporte público eficaz (TEP, por sus siglas en inglés) compartirá propuestas preliminares para las mejoras de confi abilidad y cambios del servicio Muni. Las propuestas preliminares del proyecto TEP apuntan a transformar a Muni en un sistema de tránsito de primera categoría que reduzca la congestión, disminuya la contaminación y lleve a las personas al lugar al que quieran llegar de manera segura y eficiente.

Para ayudarnos a darle forma a estas propuestas y hacer que Muni sea un sistema de transporte públicos que funcione para usted, hemos programado reuniones comunitarias en todos los 11 Distritos de San Francisco. Con su ayuda, un sistema Muni revitalizado benefi ciará no sólo a los actuales consumidores del transporte público sino que también mejorará la movilidad para todo el que viva, trabaje o visite San Francisco. Se ofrecerá servicio de interpretación en español y cantonés. Habrá una rifa de Fast Pass (Pase libre) en cada reunión.
