The West Coast branch of this nationwide, all-volunteer organization devoted to promoting voters rights. Some of the issues on their platform are user-friendly voting methods, campaign finance reform, enforcement of the Voting Rights Act, and abolition of the Electoral College. A rapidly growing organization, with members in all 50 states. Arose out of outrage, sadness, and frustration at the events of Election 2000.
