Founded in the last quarter of 2002 to respond to the needs of women in Afghanistan with education and home-based industry. The Solace mission is to create community partnerships to establish self-sustainable economic development in emerging nations. Our focus with the Afghanistan Girls School Project is to build schools for girls in northern Afghanistan, and provide a market for traditional crafts.
