Since 1957, the San Jose Peace Center has educated thousands of local people to critical issues of peace and justice. In 1983, the San Jose Peace Center formalized its long-term relationship with the Fellowship of Reconcillation by becoming an affiliate of FOR, an interfaith, international pacifist organization. Committed to promoting peace, equality, nonviolence and tolerance through education, resources, activities, meetings and direct action. We are a clearing-house and resource center for literature, ideas, meetings, and activities.
