An East Palo Alto non-profit organization promoting bicycle education and advocacy from Redwood City to Mountain View. MTCC works through youth groups, schools, and bicycling activities to encourage active community participation to better our environment and quality of life. This benefits low-income, at-risk youth and their families in these communities in offering young people real options to make constructive choices. It also develops more opportunities for breaking down racial and socio-economic barriers amongst people in this region as a whole. Located at East Palo Alto Charter School, on Runnymede Avenue, at the edge of the Bay Trail. Repair sessions are in the playground in back of the school.
