Investigates conditions in California's Security Housing Units (SHUs) and works with prisoners with HIV and HEP C to expose human rights abuses in California's prisons. CPF uses the information gathered from California's prisoners and their family members to call for an end to human rights abuses and the use of solitary confinement, for improvement of medical, HIV and HEP C care, and an end to the prison system as we know it.
