Works with San Francisco Bay Area equestrian landowners, businesses, trails associations, and community groups working to preserve barns, stables, pastures, staging areas, camps, and public trails contiguous with, or safely accessible to, equestrian and non-motorized trails in several Bay Area counties. Through partnerships, referrals and a new Grants Program, Barns and Trails provides technical, organizational and financial support for education, acquisition, and mitigation projects which help landowners preserve their lands, comply with environmental regulations, and implement 'Best Management Practices.'
